A Word About Our Cuisine
Table d’hôtes is such a convivial affair compared to a hotel or restaurant meal. Everyone meets round the table for a great social evening, including your French hosts Laurence and Erick. Everything is homemade, locally sourced and from a base of high-quality French products, organic as much as possible .
You’ll get to try some of our local specialities from the South of France such as magret de canard (duck breast) and the fine sparkling wine Blanquette de Limoux, which inspired Champagne. Our vegetables are varied and fresh from our own garden whenever possible. On fine summer evenings, we can sometimes offer a barbecue.
