After a day exploring Cathar castles, soaking in the thermal springs, or hiking the surrounding countryside, it’s a welcoming place to return to and unwind.


Situated on the top floor of Au Cœur de Rennes, the apartment has been fully renovated to provide a bright, well-appointed space where you can settle in at
 your own pace and feel at home.



​Our apartment is an ideal holiday base in the South of France, offering comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to four guests (up to six under certain conditions).

  • The space includes a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area designed for relaxing and spending time together.
  • • One bedroom with two twin beds that can be made into a king
  • • A second bedroom with a double bed
  • • A double sofa bed in the living room (available under certain conditions)
  • • A fully equipped bathroom with shower and vanity

​The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, and a dining table with seating for six are all provided, so you can enjoy meals together at home.

​Linen - Towels and bed linen are provided, and beds are made up for your arrival.

Entertainment  – The living room is equipped with a large TV and DVD player.

Babies/small children -Additional equipment can be provided upon request. Please let us know your needs when booking. .

Housekeeping – Cleaning products are available for day-to-day use. At the end of your stay, the apartment must be left clean unless you choose our end-of-stay cleaning service (€50).

Access - The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

​As guests of the apartment, you also enjoy access to the riverside garden and barbecue area, as well as the option to rent electric-assist bicycles for half-day or full-day excursions.

​Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Check-out is before 10:00 a.m.
